Terms of Service

Last updated: March 17, 2026

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, KitRocket grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the KitRocket boilerplate source code for personal or commercial projects. You may use the code to build unlimited applications for yourself or your clients.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the source code (in whole or in part) with any third party. Each license is tied to a single individual or organization.

2. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through DodoPayments. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase. Sales tax may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once the GitHub repository invite has been sent. No refunds will be issued after you have received access to the source code. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KitRocket for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You are solely responsible for the applications you build using KitRocket.

5. Intellectual Property

KitRocket and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KitRocket and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. The applications you build with KitRocket belong to you.

6. Updates and Support

Your license includes access to updates pushed to the repository. Support is provided via Telegram and GitHub issues on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

KitRocket is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall KitRocket, its authors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke repository access if you violate these terms, including redistributing the source code. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the source code in your possession.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
